We’re hiring a QuickBooks Specialist & Bookkeeper to join our growing firm. You’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping, support small business clients, and be part of a supportive team that actually enjoys Mondays (most of the time).

The ideal candidate for this position can work out of either our Stillwater, MN or St. Croix Falls, WI location.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years bookkeeping experience

  • Strong QuickBooks Online skills

  • Client-facing confidence and clear communication

  • A love for clean books and a sense of humor

Pay: $45k–$60k
